Tim and everyone in his office are amazing. I was looking for a worker's compensation attorney. The first time I spoke with Tim, he broke everything down for me. How it works, what I was going to expect thru the whole process. I have neve had to get a attorney for any reason. I'm happy I found Tim and his staff. I talked with most of his staff regularly. Whether it was email, or on the phone. Always got back to me quickly with any questions or concerns about my case. I would highly recommend Tim and his great team at his office. I met Mr Kennedy April of 2013 to help me with my case. When I first arrived I was greeted by his paralegals. They were all very helpful and kind. I took a fall backwards at my job onto a concrete floor and injured my back and neck. I went through the prescribed routine with the company Dr's, but they were determined to only prescribe extensive physical rehab that was making my condition much worse. When I couldn't get the company doctors to take my condition seriously, I went to see a lawyer in Scranton, PA. I explained my situation and I was very surprised that he seemed unconcerned that I couldn't get any real treatment for my injuries. The lawyer asked who the Dr's was, and I told him his name. The lawyer said to me "Oh! he's a great doctor". I knew I was now in trouble trying to find a lawyer in NE PA. A friend suggested I find an attorney outside the Scranton (click) area to get some real help. I found Tim Kennedy's web site and was impressed with what he stated about the worker's compensation system and the company Dr's. I called Tim and that was the best thing I could have done. Quickly, Tim found me a very well known spine specialist that has made all the difference in my medical treatment. Within 30 days I started to get the pain in my back under control, and get my life back. Even with the great medical treatment I was not been able to return to work so Tim went to work and was able to get the Workers Compensation insurance company to settle my case with a Compromise and Release, and Medicare Set Aside settlement, that was more then I could have dreamed of after all the pain and not being able to work. For the year and a half that it took for Tim to settle my case, Tim never (not once) neglected to return my phone calls or emails. Before any hearing, Tim briefed me in great detail as to why I was attending, and what to expect in the hearing. Tim's legal staff was always available for little questions and was really very supportive of me through out this whole process. "I know" Tim really means what he says on his web site about him knowing the system and getting his clients the medical help and the best possible settlements. I was there! |

When hiring a lawyer you need to be sure that they are knowledgeable,trustworthy, responsive and most of all have very strong confidence in their abilities to fight for your rights. Mr. Kennedy is one of the most confident people i know. He is determined and aggressive. I guess i can also say he is feared by others. Mr. Kennedy made me feel as we were friends by always keeping me informed and also asking me for my input as well as cared for my opinion. He told me that he would have no problem getting me the amount that i felt i deserved. He then said i will do better than that were gonna go high and mabey hit a homerun. When he called me with news of the final judgement i was shocked he said i not only hit a homerun for you, it was a grandslam. His work is so impressive he can be considered to be the best in PA. |
