We handle cases from all over Pennsylvania. We would love to meet with you in person or we can connect via a simple, no obligation, no cost consultation via phone or videoconference. We can summarize your rights based on your specific circumstances and cut through the false or distorted "information" you can expect to hear from your employer or their insurance folks, all without any cost or obligation.

If you elect to have us take on representation, we are fully equipped to make all arrangements to effectively represent you and secure and advance your rights, via remote contacts and with some simple email exchanges.

If you have a valid work injury claim, Mr. Kennedy will make himself available to discuss your situation, your rights and your options via phone or via any of the major video-telecommunication options, including Teams, Zoom, Facetime or just about any other video-conferencing platform you may name.
